Terms and Conditions

Midwest PPE, LLC and its affiliates does not assume any product liability with this product – product certifications have not been independently verified but Midwest PPE, LLC has no reason to believe they are not authentic. By proceeding to checkout you are agreeing to these terms.

The FDA Approved KN95 mask is available to both medical personnel and individuals. Midwest PPE, LLC is neither hoarding or price gouging. Our goal is to provide a safe and effective product to both medical personnel and individuals at a reasonable price.

Discrepancies

Please check carefully when you receive your parcel, if there’s any discrepancies, please contact us as soon as possible. Please ensure that you provide an order number, your full name and full address every time you contact us. It would be helpful if you could send us a photo of the parcel you have received including the postage label which will help us to process your query promptly.

Returns

Please inform us any discrepancies or need to return the product within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and request a RA number from Midwest PPE, LLC. Do not send your purchase back to Midwest PPE, LLC before you get an RA “Return Authorization”.

Note: We only refund the product price, not the shipping cost.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
