Shipping

Influenced by recent import and export policies, the delivery time of orders from the United States may be slightly delayed.

Due to the recent surge in orders, please allow up to 3-7 days for orders to be dispatched.

In order to make our customers receive our products more quickly, we will select the courier company according to actual situation.

Your order will be delivered by DHL / FedEx / USPS, or other courier company

Affected by COVID-19, actual delivery time is subject to the designated courier company.

We will send you the tracking number automatically once we receive it.

Kindly note that it may take up to 2-3 days for tracking information to be updated on the online tracking system of designated courier company.

Discrepancies

Please check carefully when you receive your parcel, if there’s any discrepancies, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please ensure that you provide an order number, your full name and full address every time you contact us.

It would be helpful if you could send us a photo of the parcel you have received including the postage label which will help us to process your query promptly.

Returns

Please inform us any discrepancies or need to return the product within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and request a RA number from Midwest PPE. Do not send your purchase back to Midwest PPE before you get an RA “Return Authorization”.

Note: We only refund the product price, not the shipping cost.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
